We specialize in made-to-order sandwiches, freshly prepared soups and salads, homemade Italian classics, jarred sauces, prepared meals to go, and locally-sourced and imported groceries. We also proudly provide professional catering services throughout Saratoga and the surrounding area. 

With a focus on bringing Italian imports to the Capital Region, Cardona’s Market originally opened in Albany in 1945, and has since expanded to include locations in Saratoga and Latham. Our Saratoga market & deli features plenty of off-street parking, and convenient pickup and local delivery services.
